BEST IN CLASS SERVICE from start to finish! We were in from out of town for our son’s wedding in Williamsburg and stopped in to see if they could take care of some items that had been packed in our suitcases with a quick turnaround - Customer service is key to this business - the answer was YES from the moment we walked in the door - 2 formals, 3 dress shirts a suit and pants for the rehearsal dinner all beautifully steamed and pressed for the big event! My Favorite Cleaners took a load off this mother’s mind!

I love this place, when ever i visit my family in Brooklyn, i know that they are a phone call away from pick up and delivery with my clothing folded nicely so it fits into my airplane carryon when i leave. Really nice people to deal with.

I've been going here for about 3 years now. Excellent service. The wash and fold turn around is very fast, the people that work there are so very nice, and the dry cleaning is good. As long as i'm living in the area I will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend.

Fantastic people, I wish I remembered the gentleman’s name but he waited after closing so I could grab my jacket that I really needed that evening. He also takes meticulous care of handling my clothes, will definitely be back!

My go-to when I have an overwhelming amount of laundry and need a reliable wash and fold service. Price is reasonable, customer service is amazing and you can even get same day service if you drop your clothes off early enough for no extra charge! Can't recommend this spot enough.
