This was the first time ordering a thank you gift basket from long distance. I was concerned when there was confusion on the delivery, and Stephen went above and beyond with communicating to make sure it was delivered. The fruit and plant included were fresh and wonderful, and the recipients really loved it!

What a wonderful experience! Stephen was happy to find irises out of season because they were a favorite flower, then happy to cancel the order when I realized the recipient was out of town, and then happy to find substitute flowers that were non-toxic to cats when I went to reschedule! I was a crazy customer and he was nothing but gracious - the flowers arrived perfectly and were beautiful to boot. I will never use another florist in Brooklyn again!

I just had to come here and give a shoutout to David, who helped me when I was shopping for white roses for my fiancée’s bridal shower, which I had to be at in less than an hour. I had called and visited two other flower shops in the area, but neither had what I wanted. When I called Mwah Flowers, David picked up and let me know that they had exactly what I was looking for. So, I zoomed over, and when I got there, I felt welcomed by how friendly he was. He told me they had just received some fresh white roses that morning, as well as some that had arrived a day or so prior. To keep a long story short, I bought the flowers, and my fiancée loved them and how they were arranged. Thanks for all your help, David. God bless!

I ordered a Heart Spray Arrangement for my Grandmothers funeral and it was Stunning. Steven at Mwah Flowers is Amazing. He was available to speak and text with me whenever I reached out. The flowers themselves were beautiful. Family said they received them on time and they looked great in the photos. Cut to 4 months later and he charged me for them AGAIN accusing me of filing a dispute. Turns out he had the wrong people. Was quick to accuse us and charge the card without doing proper investigating. But overall he apologized and refunded the 2nd charge.

This place is amazing! Because they care so much. I was able to design my own flower arrangement and he was patient, and gave me plenty of time to create my art piece. They did it within my ideal price range. Very kind, and other customers had good things to say about them.
