One of the representative greeted me at the entrance so she can know how to assist me. After checking me in, Andy Eustache was so professional in welcoming me to his space. I came in to have 3 matters resolved. After Andy closely paid attention to my situation. He was able to offer me a product that I thought I would not qualify for . Also the fact that he speaks multiple languages just like me, this made me feel like he could relate to my experience. As a former commercial banking employee, he went above and beyond to assist me. I really appreciate every one in the branch as this was my first time visiting this location. Thank you MCU for continuing providing services that us members really need in our financial journey.”

“I'm a client of Santader bank for long time. They try to do something different by going full digital, no teller, only customer service and no cash withdraw except ATM. The work place looks modern and nice. They have cafe inside the branch. If you want to use the privet room, you need to reserve it first but the open space is open for everyone. The limitation of the bank sash as maximum of deposit check amount per time and per month, Zelle maximum per day and month need to improve. I had to close my business account here once and move to a bigger bank because the bank is too small, has so limitation and couldn't support my business needs. I still have my personal account here but with the limitation, sometime still not convenient.”

“This review is specifically for Sana Parvaz as she went above and beyond in trying to rectify the issue we were experiencing. From last week I had an issue ordering a checkbook. Tried online through Chase.com-failed, something with deluxe website maybe, maybe not..called them spoke to chase reps on the phone also ran into an issue. While on the phone was brushed off and told to try again later. Ok, tried again few times in the next few days..failed miserably. Decided to stop by the physical chase brand and was greeted by Sana. She was phenomenal, very personable, friendly and courteous. In fact other staff members were great also, even the branch manager greeted me and thanked me for using chase and coming into the branch. Sana was able to assist me and I highly recommend her, the woman needs to be promoted.”
