Mark's the man! I had an unfortunate liquid spill incident with my Macbook. While the rest of the computer was working fine, the keyboard was busted. I went first to the Apple Store and they said they would need to replace the entire thing for $1000. Thankfully, I came to MRK first and Mark told me that he could repair it for much more reasonable price using used parts on Ebay. He was very helpful in guiding me with which parts to buy and he repaired it for me within a day!

I had a little accident with my buddies laptop that he loaned and entrusted me with (beer spill…I know) and I noticed the keyboard started acting up. I had to act fast as I undoubtedly would regret telling my friend that his laptop was no longer functioning due to my silly mistake. Luckily Marc was 3 minutes away from me and i brought the MacBook straight to him. He saved the laptop and potentially saved me and my buddies friendship:) the keyboard was fixed immediately for a very doable and respectable price, he even did me an extra favor by replacing the speakers which I know my friend will be grateful for once I return him his MacBook. Such great service and expertise professionalism. Come to Marc yall. I promise as he promised me youll be in great hands.

I brought my gaming PC here after I had trouble getting it to boot properly. Mark diagnosed the problem quickly (a hardware issue) and fixed my computer within hours. Granted, PC repair times could vary based on the fix, but I was floored by the customer service and fair price. Glad to have a go-to place for PC repairs moving forward!

Service is friendly, they are transparent with their process, don't try to sell you things you don't need, work quickly and charge equally reasonable prices. Had a very positive experience!
