Ok people but they have no idea how names are placed in I.D. As in suffix confuses them. The suffix and middle name aren't the same. Due to that, the transaction was left incomplete.

MoneyGram treats all Jamaicans like scammers. Every time I attempt to send money to family in Jamaica, they find some excuse to cancel the transaction. Today, they cancelled a transaction because they deemed the recipient’s action suspicious. Mind you, the only issue was that the person could not provide one piece of information when she went to collect the money, and she told them she would get the information from me and return the following day. When she went back, they told her they cancelled the transaction. When I called MoneyGram, they had the nerve to tell me her actions were suspicious. It’s not the first they are doing this. One of the representatives inadvertently suggested that MoneyGram has blacklisted Jamaicans. I’ll stick to Western Union.
