Went in to this location today. The doctor/Physician’s Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner, didn’t read my intake notes from the medical assistant. This included information about chronic illnesses and medications. They refused me antibiotics for potential bronchitis despite chronic illness making me high risk for complications. They recommended over the counter medications that don’t interact with my meds well. Please don’t go here if you have any pre existing medical conditions.

Took my daughter here and thankfully they took our insurance, literally an in and out process, loved it , didn't spend 8 hours in the ER for what I knew was an ear infection. Lovely staff as well

We just walked out after registering and having their MA triage us.Very rude and unprofessional clinic staff, the MD barked at us like we are beggars. The clinical space while spacious is dirty. The receptionist brought in her breakfast of scrambled eggs and the whole place then became very smelly.Once we walked out - the front desk kept calling us to apologies and then the MD called saying“ what do you expectDon’t go thereWe choose that option because citi md wait as longer but never again

They only tested for the flu and Covid here and the entire staff is rude, also why are sick patients filling out info on an iPad? I asked if they could test for a sinus infection they said they don't do that here, isn't that pretty basic? Seems like a money grab spend your money elsewhere they are 0 help. I was better off calling my primary care doctor in Florida than wasting my money and time here.

STAY AWAY from this clinic at all cost!JEMILLE SMITH shouldn’t be a doctor at all. He is non compassionate, non apathetic, non ethical, and he simply doesn’t care about his patients. With an EMPTY clinic they will put you in the waiting area inside, he came, and left you there for a good 20 minutes, came back, left again, and came back again. I was there for an hour but nothing was done. He said he will send prescription to my pharmacy, but NEVER ask which pharmacy. I had to go to the front desk and tell her to please take my pharmacy details for my prescription, she was like, “oh ok. I just sent it”.Guess what? The prescription NEVER ARRIVED at the pharmacy. I went to see another doctor the next day, that doctor’s prescription arrived on the same day and JEMILLE’s “prescription” was buried underneath the clinic. They OVERCHARGED for “applying a splint” that I put on myself because JEMILLE was too afraid to touch my hand, saying “oh I dont want to hurt you, you do it yourself”, in a very indifferent and rude manner, he simply didn’t care. The splint costs less than $15 in Walgreens, and he charged more than $160, for work he never did.Updates:After I wrote the above I came across another review by Quinn, on how the same “doctor” had put her life in grave jeopardy. I am very surprise that JEMILLE SMITH is still practicing and not yet been sued for his malpractice. This clearly shows that it wasn’t just a “bad day” for him, this is him. Why became a doctor when he clearly doesn’t care for the well-being for his patients? He needs to find another job, MODERN MD needs to seriously look into this and have him completely removed from practicing.

I understand that you might not like your job, but please have enough morality to understand that if you don’t take your patients concerns seriously you will be responsible for the mismanagement of their health concerns. The doctor I saw here saw me for briefly a minute and randomly diagnosed me. It felt as if he pulled a dice out of his pocket with random diagnoses and wrote me a prescription for whatever came up. Told me I have seasonal allergies while my symptoms were coughing up blood, body aches, and fever… Also gaslit me into believing that coughing up blood is completely normal and dismissed my very valid concern for my personal wellbeing. I went to a different doctor a few days later after his lousy diagnosis led me to restlessness nights of coughing up more blood. I have BRONCHITIS. If you want to be misdiagnosed and watch this guy do a little dance with his stethoscope then come to this Urgent Care center ?.

Not sure if they know you could hear them talking outside from the room you're in but they're extremely loud and trash talk the patients. I've heard them say people are faking it and that discharge them because they've been there to long without care they were supposed to provide. When i asked for papers to show my professor they insinuated that I was faking it for papers. Really? i needed papers showing proof I missed class for a valid reason? I should have just stayed home because they were no help at all.
