Model T Meats Corporation is the best meat market and a true neighborhood gem in NYC. It is known for great quality meat, good value, and incredible prices. The butcher is the nicest, most accommodating, and provides great customer service with a very human interaction. They trim the meat before weighing it and are known to be really nice. Customers would definitely recommend it for an exceptional experience.
What a gem. They don’t make butchers like this anymore. Everything is always fresh, the prices can’t be beat, and the owner is the nicest, friendliest guy around. From the sawdust on the floor to the care with which he trims the cuts, Model T is a neighborhood treasure.
