My phone wasn't connecting to most chargers. I didn't catch the name of the woman at the desk but she was very friendly and helpful. She suggested a simple cleaning of the charging port and 8 minutes and $10 later I was out the door with a perfectly functioning phone.

Very bad service, they give things that don't work and they don't want to change, on the contrary, they want you to buy another one.
