I wish I liked this place because it’s so convenient for me. But I’ve had some really odd interactions with them. They don’t call when the car is ready, and then they give me a hard time for leaving it overnight; I’m not a mind-reader! They don’t put the oil change sticker on the windshield unless you ask. There was one time I asked for my fluid levels to be checked, they kept it two days, never called, and when I came back the guy who ran the place said: ‘RAV-4s are reliable, their levels are always fine’. I don’t think they checked them at all. And when he saw me hesitate, he charged me $25. It’s just not very well run and they don’t make me feel reassured that they’re taking care of my vehicle. Also the oil change I just got seemed pretty expensive. Sigh.

Very expensive to fix a flat tire. I believe 20 dollars for a 5 minutes job was too much

Really like the staff of this shop. Professional, warm, and reliable. They clearly are masters of their craft and put the driver at ease. Reasonable wait time for a walk-in shop and reasonable cost of service compared to others in the area. This will probably be my go-to place going forward for minor/annual work.

Terrible. Ripped off my grandfather with a trans fluid upsell that was never done, at a very inflated price, under the guise that he wouldn't pass inspection if he didn't do it. Stay Away.
