I recently purchased two pairs of shoes, but I had a very unpleasant experience due to the disrespectful and rude behavior of the sales representative. Not coming back.

Very rude customer service. I was told off for filming shoes at the request of my friend so she could choose whether or not to go there later during our busy evening plans and the decision was made quickly by the attendant with blonde hair who told me off for filming. I will note, in fairness to the store, the gentleman at the door was more than polite. I explained politely in English and Russian precisely that I was sending photos for my friend so she could pick before we visited and after more rude treatment, I said I would not be returning. Thankfully I noticed this is not the only shoe store in the area. Also I will note that the shoes were suspiciously similar to the locally produced in Eastern Europe , which are good quality , but don’t insult my intelligence by insisting they’re Italian, there’s nothing wrong with Eastern European leather. I was in fact hoping you had them as I trust local shoes more than Italian for winter weather and ice. But I was met with an angry and defensive response. I look forward to whatever reply the business makes, likely denying everything or blaming me. Having worked for years just about everywhere I’m used to such from subpar businesses.

BEWARE THEY DO NOT DO RETURNS, you will be stuck with low quality “Italian” shoes. LIGHTING VERY DIM IN THE STORE, you can’t see details in the shoes. MAKE SURE TO CHECK BEFORE YOU BUY.Now full version:The sales staff of this business is lovely, and that’s about the only good thing about it.The owner of the business is a greedy old man who will go OUT OF HIS WAY to keep the money you spent at the store - even if you are simply trying to return a pair of shoes.I purchased two pairs of shoes one of which I decided to return the next morning. The shoes that I paid $200 for turned out to be made very poorly.The store claims to sell “Italian made” shoes, but even if the merchandise is made in Italy, it is probably produced not in a factory. The problem I had with the shoes is that the glue was seen clearly on the side of the shoes and there were tiny holes all over the place.Some places the fabric was coming off a shoe - it was just sad..The store itself is very poorly lit, so the details were not visible to me at all when I was trying them on.Anyhow, the old man owner, who was speaking to me without any respect a customer should get, absolutely refused to refund this transaction. He tried to imply that I am crazy to want the quality I expect for a price I paid, and insisted that his shoes are amazing (naturally).He did not give me my money back, but took the shoes. Tried giving me a store credit but I refused to take it. I wanted to support local community business, I did keep one pair of shoes (and let’s be honest those aren’t that great either). Im not doing it again. I lost over $200 and it was a huge headache, don’t need that. I’m better off trusting my business a well establish brands that will not try to force their customers to be ok with low quality shoes for an astronomical price.

Ordered shoes online, they were a great deal and shipped very fast. The shoes arrived and were very nice but did not fit my wife properly. We shipped them back and the owner was nothing but nice and refunded our money promptly.
