I donno how this Pharmacy got 3.7 when the owner( lady) does not know how to handle customers satisfaction. The owner has a horrible attitude & does not know how to talk to customers. She should stay home & let her husband & the lady in the window run the place because she is destroying her business. This lady is so rude& nasty to the customers. She never Crack a smile & shows arrogance. Good luck because this Pharmacy is going down just because of that woman's attitude problem.

I am a neighbor of this pharmacy & I have my mom & dad's prescription in that place. I send western union twice a week in that place as well . However everything was okay until today...the female owner with a string like wild hair stepped in & completely cut off my transaction to send money to Mexico just because my boyfriend could not make it & so he asked me to send money for his dad who is terribly ill.. Just bec there was a little confusion with the address. It is hard to pronounce the places in Mexico...so she came & rudely showed her power & said that I cannot send money because it should be my boyfriend who is sending it. I was very offended coz she was extremely rude& disrespectful to me. This after I sent $890 to the Philippines. She also said that I was crazy when in fact she was the one who was crazy to step in the situation without even knowing the story. I have never been discriminated in my life. Well I told the nice lady at the window that that is no way to talk to a customer. I felt harassed by her way of handing customer. I hope that she will not treat her customer with disrespect, & just because she is the owner she act so arrogant to the less fortunate like myself coz I'm sure she will never treat customers that way if I look like white. I do not support that pharmacy anymore and will tell everyone I know about my experience & how poorly she handled that situation.

I am a very close neighbor to this Mill Basin Pharmacy in Ave T...& I would like everyone to know that this pharmacy gave me the worst experience ever. The female owner was so arrogant completely disrespectful & disregarded my needs. She was rude, & loud & did not know how to speak to customers. Irregardless of whether I was unprepared or I did not know which state in Mexico, she never gave me a chance to resolve my problem instead she came to me very high & almighty & completely denied me of service. I did not show hostility yet she said I was crazy. I felt really harassed. One thing is to tell ur customers the rules...u can be firm all u want but be polite, respectful & empathetic. U don't talk to customers acting like ur the sheriff & that everyone must fall in line otherwise ur in trouble. She was very intimidating & I tried to let this slide but since I feel that she'd be doing it to others too...so I feel the responsibility to let everyone know so she will know & be more respectful & realized that her business is there because she has to provide services to the consumers & not the other way around. She should learn to care & understand situations. I'm hoping that she will not do these things to others especially to ordinary people. She should learn customer service & have a good heart for real...bec that she displayed to me was pure arrogance

Just want to share my experience with Covid vaccination at this pharmacy.Did not happen.I booked a vaccination appointment with Rite Aid 10 min away from my house. That appointment was in 2 weeks let's say.We were passing by Mill Basin Pharmacy one day - my wife told me that I can do a shot in a day in Mill Basin Pharmacy. Nice!. Good thinking!True. Mill Basin Pharmacy scheduled me for the next day. Prompt. Cool!I researched what is needed to get a vaccine. Really nothing. Or, an insurance card. Not the prescription card as the vaccine is not a drug.I came. The stern pharmacist asked me for the insurance card and the prescription card. I said I don't have the prescription card. The pharmacist said (and I quote) :"so you do not want to be vaccinated?!!!"Not sure what that was. All that prescription card drama - IT IS A FACT THAT PRESCRIPTION CARD WAS/IS NOT NEEDED. How they decided that I do not want to be vaccinated? Mystery.... And, I do not care to find out......Walked out, went to Rite Aid in a few days, never looked back.Would I consider going to an independent pharmacy to get drugs, vaccine - NO. Maybe a soda.

One of the last and best true surviving deli's in Brooklyn. Never disappoints.
