Extremely unprofessional and rude! One of their drivers cut me off on the GWB today. Then, he came along side of me, rolled down his window and was shouting, giving me the finger and making other rude gestures. Not exactly the kind of person I would trust to tow my vehicles.

HORRIBLE COMPANY HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES! One of the employees decided to bang on my window with my pregnant sister and her children in the car and cursed at them FOR NO REASON! My niece and nephew began to cry out of fear.

This place is a complete rip off. Charged my company $550 for a road service and did absolutely nothing but tell my driver I can’t fix it. Called another repair shop and they came out and fixed truck on the spot. I am all for businesses making a profit but these guys should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of strained truckers. Call around and use all your options before you call them.

My car was towed from in front of my home and I was given no information on who towed it or how to get it back. Called the police and they said they had no record of it being reported and I should file a report for it being stolen. Checked my ring camera and saw their ”Truck Doctors” truck driving by again, I called the company and the woman who answered very rudely said “nope, wasn’t us.” I said it was you, I see it on my ring camera. She said again nope, it wasn’t us. She connected me to a man who said “did you look on the service road?” Why would I look on the service road for my car which was parked in front of my home? They had towed my car to the side of the GRAND CENTRAL SERVICE ROAD four or five blocks down. The woman was extremely rude and acted like it was common sense for my car to be on the side of the highway for no reason. If it wasn’t for my ring camera I never would have known what to do. It seems like the police had heard of this company and knew they were suspicious.

Great towing company. My truck broke down in NYC and I'm from Connecticut. They came in a reasonable time after I made the call for help. They towed my truck and to Ryder and Ryder fixed my truck. By then I was over my driving hours 14+ hours. But great company highly recommend them.

Their drivers have no consideration for anybody else on the road. I understand that they drive a large vehicle however when there is a car in the lane next to you You let them proceed forward before you change lanes. I was just ran off the road by one of their drivers and ended up on the sidewalk. While the driver continued to drive recklessly I have two young children in the car in the way to school and he almost killed me and them!!!!
