I would like to say the customer service is excellent! Oleg was fantastic with getting my long distance order in and responding in a timely manner when I would email. The furniture is beautiful and worth the price. I would recommend this furniture store.

Buyers beware….I have been scammed $8,100 by MIG Furniture for a Huppe bedroom set that was ordered on 03 July 2023 and as of today, 28 Dec 2023, MIG has stopped responding. I gave them a deadline to respond and stated what actions I would take as I have been growing more suspicious of fraud than “delays”. They have failed to respond to me multiple times knowing each time I reach out it escalates more and more. No furniture was delivered, full payment was made, months of delays in production, now delays in the “delivery” but MIG stopped responding indicating I was strung along for months in hopes the elapsed time would make credit card recovery impossible. I will be filing a BBB report and also one with the New York Attorney General office and Secretary of States office in an attempt to shut down what I thought was a furniture company, but appears to be a fraud company now.I will be returning to this post and update along the way, but as of now I have been defrauded by this company and they have missed every single deadline and its now 6 months later and they have stopped responding. A lawsuit is eminent unfortunately.

Extrremely disappointed in this TV stand. It is nothing more than overpriced Italian-made IKEA furniture. Honest to God, it uses all the same fasteners as IKEA. It is flimsy. It is missing parts. The instructions to build it are terrible. Like IKEA, it is cheap particle board. Once we had it built, various parts do not fit well. Drawers in the cabinet do not work as they are designed. It is poor enough that we are strongly considering tossing it out, taking the $1500 loss and getting something we can depend on. Take my word: If it says ASSEMBLY in the ad, avoid it at all costs.

Beautiful and gigantic place. They have a great variety of furniture inside the store and can order from most of existing brands if you insist. Bilingual and proffessional stuff can tell about every piece of furniture inside and will find everything you want in the catalog even if they don't have it in there.

I ordered a nice couch in October from this store and was given an estimated time of 4 months to receive because it was custom made and had to be shipped internationally. I began calling the store in January to get an update as by that point it would’ve been shipped and arriving shortly. The first time I called I heard the representative put the phone down and start speaking to another employee and thought I heard him say that the order had not been placed yet (in Russian). I figured i must have misheard and accepted whatever new timeframe he gave me, which was that I would receive it end of February, or beginning of March.It was at this point that I began calling every 3-4 weeks for updates, and was always given a new date several weeks past the date given previously. Finally, after almost 7 months I had finally received the couch and decorative pillows. As I was unwrapping the pillows I noticed a production label from the actual manufacturer… with it clearly stating “Date Produced: 10/03/2022”. But that couldnt be right, could it? The representative was adamant that my furniture was built and just had to be shipped since January/February. Then I realized the delivery team left the packaging for the couch itself. So I inspected that. The couch was produced 09/03/2022.The employees at this store simply forgot to even place my order, but were more than glad to take my deposit and money. Then continued to lie for months about it’s status. Horrible customer service.

I have purchased an Italian bed from MIG Furniture this year (2021). I received a personable, prompt, and friendly service from Oleg. He assisted me in choosing a right bed for my life style. He was there throughout the process of ordering, delivery, and post service. In today’s world of supply chain problems, and lack of service, Oleg has made our experience easy. I would never hesitate to order from MIG Furniture knowing that I will receive a quality product with an exceptional service.

Absolutely Terrible store and customer service. Furniture delivery you have to wait for months and still not get what you wanted. Its faster to buy from china than from this store!

I went in with a picture of the sofa I wanted. Oleg helped me order it, saying it would be delivered within the week, which I was okay with. He called me the next day, saying it could be delivered that day which I was very impressed with. The deliverymen assembled the sofa with no problems. I would recommend this store for your furniture needs.
