I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Meyers. I ordered an item and was told it would be ready for pickup at Bronx store. However, when I arrived at the store, the item was nowhere to be found. The staff was clueless and disorganized, unable to locate my order or provide any explanation for the delay. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I left empty-handed and frustrated. This level of service is unacceptable. I expect better communication, organization, and follow-through from a reputable store. Will think twice before returning.

Horrible customer service. Was in full dress uniform outside the place 2 min before opening and owner refused to let me in to buy white gloves. Was late for ceremony at 1pp. They stink

Terrible customer service, waited for 20 minutes for a pair of pins. Mind you there was barely any customers in the store.

They have pepper spray, but it's extremely overpriced (it's $20+ here). Search elsewhere; Perhaps Target.

It’s a decent place. Public service workers only. Sometimes it’s hard to get a busy sales lady to focus but they will get it done. Hemming and patches as well just be patient
