I agree with the previous opinion that they are deceiving!!! When I switched to thier service they included insurance, which in general was not necessary and was only optional, they still included it in my payment, I didn’t know about it and only when I noticed it was turned off, the money was of course not returned.

I came for a "free" phone offered on their website if I switched to metro.The guy said I would have to pay $100 for that ($60 for plan, $15 phone insurance, $30 activation fee).Screw them all these offline scammers!You'd better buy on the website without these sneaky shops trying to nickel and dime you.
