I just went to the location at1683 flatbush. The customer service was extremely poor. The attendant was very rude and dismissive. I will not be going back to this location.

I travel around the world and needed gps badly. I had left my phone in a church I visited and it would not be open till next Sunday. I was denied a refund when promised I would get one the following Monday after an hour long conversation. The phone I just bought wasn't working properly within an hour after leaving the store. I am hurt that they are selling bad phones and telling lies within our community. All phones is prepaid so you will never get a refund no matter what the receipt says. They are not trust worthy and trust God is not pleased with how you take advantage of the needy during this pandemic. My bank didn't did me in as well concerning this issue. So therefore since you want to steal, reap what you so. No good to come to you and your entire generation for taking food off my table. It will not lift till you do good to your neighbors.
