Ziggy is the guy to go to if you are a Metro customer. Always extremely knowledgeable and helpful, would recommend to anyone. Even if I wasn’t a Metro customer I would consider switching just for him!!

The salesperson named Ziggy is amazing. Today when I went to pay my bill he let me know that I qualified for the Affordable Connectivity program which he set up for me. Several months ago when my LG phone no longer worked he helped me choose just the right phone for my needs and transferred everything to the new phone. He has never tried to get me to buy anything I don't need. I have been helped by Ziggy many, many times over the years. He is patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I trust him completely and he is also a very, very nice man!

I am still on the premises, but so impressed with the options and moreover, the service! Kyle is the bestest!!!!!!!!!!! I needed a secondary phone line, and this young man was so patient, pleasant, thorough in his explanations regarding plans/options. Kudos!

They have a great selection of phones and accessories, and the prices of services are much lower than with other carriers. Also the staff is super nice, ready to help with any issue and explain everything. Recommend!
