I was there on Monday 10/20/2023 the guy at the store named Ivan entered wrong addresses to me up my account and got really upset when i called metro from the store. I was supposed to receive a new phone and not only did he not mention it, when i asked he said that phone was no good. I said i don't care i still want it and did not give it to me. I called metro and filled a complaint and fixed my account. There are no managers or anything to take him into account. Also i tried calling today and no one answered the phone. This is not how you run a business.

horrible. manager misleaded me sold me a phone did not work as expected. i was tricked into signing final sale, THE PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT WORK. he did not want to do any prep for new phone, cannot get in touch with the store over THE PHONE AND THIS IS A STORE THAT SELLS NUMERS AND PHONES, ridiculous. GO TO ANOTHER MORE FRIENDLY STORE, THIS ONE SUCKS......MR. Amoury is not there anymore totally diffrent atmosphere
