Went there for a simple SIM card change from my old phone to my new phone. After 10 mins of trying, the store attendant ended up locking up both of my phones and told me she can’t fix it and I need to call customer service. And she barely spoke any English. This is one of the worst experiences I ever had.

Just called trying to purchase a new iPhone and the employee could barely speak a word of English and literally HUNG up on me! How do you have a job and can’t speak English??
