I went to pay my bill at this location in full and two days later phone is disconnected because they took 10 dollars from my payment and kept it for themselves.

This is a sham - they have a "no refunds on accessories" rule, and I quickly learned why. After trying to exchange headphones that simply did not work, I literally sat with the staff and went through box after box of headphones trying them out on both mine and the employee's phones, and literally none of them worked. The worst part was, they were putting them back on the shelves after proving they did not work. staff refused to give me a refund even after witnessing this and just kept saying no refunds like a robot and told me as consolation i could take any of the headphones that we just proved did not work in front of her. Absolute scam, just trash. trash products and trash people. The manager actually had an attitude towards me for demanding a refund even though she was aware we could not find any working headphones in the store.

Everything went great as I paid my phone bill in store. As I walked away the obviously young woman behind the counter whispered to her coworker and giggled at my expense. This morning I awoke to use my phone as the average human with technology normally would. Apparently my bill was not yet put through the system. I know it only takes 2 hours to go through, but I received no messages of a payment. I guess she and the many others behind the counter hanging out have better things to do and talk about.. besides myself. *UPDATE* After searching for my receipt for my early morning trip to Metro piece of sh*t. I noticed that she entered my number wrong.. The last digits are 7797 and she entered 7792.. Now, if she read the number back to me or said my name as most people do..You know, confirm that I am not paying JUAN CABRERA'S bill. This wouldn't frustrate me half as much if I weren't unemployed. Came here twice. First time I had an associate by the name of Kimberly she was soooooo nice and patient. Really great customer service from her. I don't know If It was because I was joining but it was not what i expected. Second time I had another African American lady not sure her name but she was ok. She wasn't ghetto or rushing me . They need to update that computer in the front it's so difficult to even Type your name but I guess that why they have the security guy there to help some people. I wish there was another corp store because this quite a travel. And they should invest in getting someone to say when each person is up because everytime I'm there people are just sitting not aware they've been called.
