It says they close at 8pm. And we got there at 7:30 and tried to open the door. The lady waved at us saying it’s closed. If that’s the case then you shouldn’t put 8pm. She’s literally closing the gate as I type this at 7:43pm. Either she needs to be fired or ya fixed your hours. People work late, and you should be more understanding.

This place is a disaster especially for a corporate store. They have shady business practices and will try to add accessories to your purchase without asking. On top of that they add more in fees than they are supposed to. My advice to anybody is avoid this dump at all costs.

If I can rate them a ZERO I woul . I have so much to say. First , customer service is Very VERY POOR. (owner should give his employees a course on customer service) Walked in there today to get an issue fixed and the girl told me to come back tomorrow in a very nasty attitude.Why should I come back the next day, when I'm having issues with the product that they sold me at that very moment in stead of fhe girl trying to figureout - what's the problem. It's something that needs to be dealt with (time sensitive) RIGHT AWAY. How are they still in business? Everyone should support the other stores , like the on across the street or better yet on cleveland between fulton & arlington [I & R multie services] I went in there store and they helped me FREE AT CHARGE. it's a shame how another store had to fix there problem.Easy to take my money... SMH..Good luck to everyone
