If I could rate this store no stars I would. The customer service is the worst. This particular store does not honor Metro deals, they also try to sell cheap phones for double the price. Don't go here.

A very neat and clean store with awesome customer service! The service reps are extremely cooperative and kind when it comes to helping you. They provide their most ideal way of service to the elderly, like holding doors open for elderly and special needs people. If they are out of stock for any product, they will communicate with you and make sure you get it by going out of their way! Very knowledgeable about Metro and plans

I called to ask a simple question being that it said by T-Mobile. A lady with an accent was VERY RUDE. And asked why am I calling the store with that question and hung up on me. When I called back she said she has others customers to deal with. If that’s who you have representing your store and it’s only 10 am with a horrible attitude, then I will not be coming there.

Horrible! I bought an iPhone XR from here and they didn’t give me everything that comes with the phone. I only received the charger and headphones. There’s supposed to be an adapter for the headphones included. I went to complain about it and they told me that I had to pay for one but they will give half off .... um it’s supposed to be free because it comes with the phone. I will never purchase anything from here . I spent close to a thousand dollars and they still want me to cash out . Total ripoff.

Horrible service I bought a headphone at this store and it was broken. I went to see if I can get it replaced and the guy was very rude and obnoxious about the whole situation. He knows that his products are fake sells them for 30+ $. Save your money and go to a better store like best buy or target. Bad for the neighborhood 👎 👎 👎

AGGRAVATING ASSHOLES WHEN YOU COME TO THE STORE TO PAY YOUR BILL THEY HARASS YOU BY KEEP ASKING WHY DONT YOU SWITCH TO BOOST YOU CAN GET A FREE PHONE YOU TELL THEM NO LIKE A HUNDRED TIMES THEY WANT YOU TO GET A PHONE FROM BOOST BECAUSE THEY ARE BEST FRIENDS WITH THE GUYS THAT WORK IN THE BOOST STORE JUST TO KEEP FROM BEING HARASSED I SWITCHED TO VERIZON IT'S NOT JUST ME I HAVE FRIENDS AND FAMILY THAT SWITCHED BECAUSE OF THEM TOO.
