When a person visits the US they should know that metro pc is not a phone company to buy phones from, because they won't open your phone they say it their policy to wait 6 months before they can open your phone,instead I was told to go to a retailer and pay $40 to open my phone .

My husband just went to the store he had an issue on his phone he had one yesterday he had a phone and he wanted to change his phone to the TracFone he had and Metro PCS customer service did a mistake and my husband stood without a phone today he couldn’t make calls he said it was disconnected but he went to the store today and the The gentleman that was there he help my husband and he took care of the problem I recommend going to the store highly recommend itThank you so much ?

All I need in my life right now is someone who is going to be patient with me. I needed to replace my phone so I made a call to this location and that's when I got him. He answered all my questions correctly and he had the device in stock I wanted. ?? I went to him the next day, he assisted me with transferring my information, didn't offer me a chair but that's ok. He was patient, didn't have any nice phone cases but he came up with a solution. By the time I was done I left with a phone, a case and a smile on my face. Thank you very much

Great staff!! Had such a pleasant and quick experience that I had to review, as most trips to wireless provider stores can be tedious. The manager Randy & Jessica provided good and informative service.

WARNING!!!!!!!!!! Do not shop here. The owner his name is Dee. He tries to pass as an employee because hes a complete waste of garbage and likes to over charge customers, steal their money, steal their credit card information and then when he is confronted he says hes just na employee. Do not buy any phone there, he sells used phones, he sells bootleg accessories that can ruin your device and he over charges. He over charged my cousin by s loooooooot he charged her $350 to then find out on the metro pcs website that it was only $59. After multiple attempts to go back and get the money I was assisted by a young female, which i could tell she was tired of his bs also, she was honest and she gave us alternatives on how to handle the situation. if you pass by this store and see a young female deal withher she will do honest business with you. but if you see an indian guy just keep walking all hes going to do is steal your money. ohhhh and he likes to take pictures of peoples credit cards and say its mandatory for the boss. not to mention he likes to ask female customers for "friendships" bevsuse he is lonely. take caution when going into this location. do not say you have not been warned.
