I stop here for help with my phone and also to pick up a tablet. The place was very clean and they were super nice and very helpful I recommend this place 100%. And also to the young man that helped me thank you I appreciate it.

Dishonest, rude, incompetent, overall horrible experience. The attendant in especial is a joke. Came here to write this and was not at all surprised to see the previous poor reviews.

My mother went to ask for help because her phone shut down and they told her she needs to buy a new one once she reach home I called customer service and all she had to do was press the power button and volume down button and it turned on, we didn't hear from our mother since the day prior, we almost thought she went missing. Horrible people.

Amazing customer service. I called a day before dropping by to inquire if they could help me with a specific matter and the person over the phone (Melissa) was very helpful. When I dropped by I was greeted by another agent, I believe her name was Jessica (someone with beautiful curly hair!), and she helped me with what the overseas customer service reps couldn't (I had spoken with numerous agents). Thank you for your kind service!

Honestly this place is very Sketchy No body there knows how to do there job correctly and THEY DONT EVEN SELL REAL METRO PCS PHONES!!!! .... i was sold a phone a VERY EXPENCIVE PHONE that was Not only JAIL BROKEN but also DEFECTIVE!!! And NOT EVEN COVER BY INSURANCE!!! I was told that it was a metro pcs phone and that it is also cover by insurance... not even a month later the phone starts to black out and become unresponsive, then shortly after the bottom corner of the screen started to CRUMBLE! I went to the store looking for help and Immediately the guy behind the counter (who was not wearing a name tag and also refused to give me his name) brushed me off and passed me on to the sales associate. As she was trying to assists me other people began coming in to pay their bill(s). The male worker smoked 3 Cigarets outside and did absolutely nothing leaving all the work up to the sales associate. Then when customer service was finally called he said he would help but then in split second he changed his mind and said "I was gonna help you but now I don't feel like it". At this point I grew VERY angry and instead of trying to do his job they called the cops bc they wanted to close! Bottom line customer service is Horrendous! And im Switching my service after today!!!

This place doesn't even deserve one star but that's the only way I can put in my review. Beware of smartpay plan you get yourself into leasing phone. I signed up for smart pay at this store and got myself into paying a Samsung LG worth $130 for $800. I so far have 4 more payments being that I signed contract. I was told by smartpay that my payments included $250 worth of accessories which I never received. All they have me was $20 case for phone. Now I'm returning the phone to smart pay to avoid paying the next 4 payments of $79 each which will be a total amount of $1200 I've spent.be careful I learned my lesson

What a joke. The people working here do not want to help you and will do everything they can to get you to leave. They're also dishonest. Not to mention, none of the phone numbers on Google are correct. Some are for the wrong location, some are just straight wrong numbers.
