I always come here, if i have any troubles or issues. Today, Umberto was helping me. He hooked me up with REVVL phone. And i could keep the same number. He also transferred all my stuff to a new phone. It was great.

It was early in the morning. I only came to pay my bill. And this kid started offering me Tablet and Home Internet. I got very excited and took the TABLET, at last. It was a great promotion. Now, i can watch my YouTube and Tubi on big screen. Thanks to Umberto for exceptional customer service. That guy was 100 %.

Great experience went to this location because my phone was saying i had a virus. I. Came in jhon was on shift and gave me the best experience i can ask for walked out of there with one of the latest 5g phones and the best accessories really loved the time and care he puts for his work.

If I could give less than 1 star, it'll be correct. I wanted to purchase a new phone from this store. I ended up going to my local store because this store wanted me to pay about $120 dollars more than what I got at my local store. Don't do business with this store. It's not worth it. I remember s Humberto who assisted me. He's probably still waiting for me to come back. I will not.

The screen got cracked, i work in construction. when i came to this store, Umberto offered me to get a new phone with new number. so, i could pay cheaper. and i decided to buy REVVL phone. he transferred all my data to new phone. and he was patient and kind with me. outstanding customer service. will recommend this store to all my friends. thanks

my old Motorola phone was cracked. the screen was broken. when i got to the store, this kid was servicing another customer. he was super cool. he helped me to get a better phone and transfer my data from the old device. somehow, he made it work. excellent customer service. thanks, Umberto. i never regretted that i was Metro customer for years.
