Just went in for the 2nd time in 3 days to get a charger for a Samsung phone. A day ago, I was presented immediately with a $25 charger that was stolen less than 24 hours later. Went in today and was told, 'There are two, one for $35 and one for $45.' I said, 'One day ago, there was one for $25.' The reply was, 'Let me see if we have that one.' He gave me the $25 one. Isn't that beyond just sleezy? Like illegal some how?

Customer service was cool when I went last summer but price for chargers and portable battery packs is crazy! I paid $55 for my battory pack ??♂️. Hopefully in the Next few days they won't charge me for the Revvl 7 pro a crazy amount.

Smelled weird when I stepped in. One of the workers acted like I'm dumb when I said the phone is not recognizing the sim. I went to get a new sim he told me it was $25. I asked him what online says $15 he said because of activation and shipping. This might be true but im not sure. Got the nerve to ask me why not get a new phone. I'm sure they probably get commission or something because I went there for a sim why would you try to sell.me a phone. I had to tell him my phone is only 3 years old. He put might have put in a esim I didn't check the sim tray but it got.my.phone working
Prior I went to another metropcs store and their Sims didng even seem to work so.i was happy with the.new.sim.i.was able to.have mobile data.

I went to apple for a trade in, I needed to activate My phone so as the closest metro I came here, the guy charged me 30$ to activate when it’s a service not a charge. Only if u to transfer phone the. It’s a charge.

It's not that service was bad: there was no service to be had. I went to Fulton to try switching devices, but the store isn't there, nor are there any signs, etc., to let you know where they've moved to.

Very poor service. I can't believe the guy sold me a phone that is not working properly. My new phone is worse than my old phone. Shaking my head. You cannot even exchange the new phone. ? Some kind of a human being.
