Customer service representative didn't help us at all. We asked him few questions and he told us to call to Metro customer service, didn't make any effort to help us with the problem. When we went to another location our problem was solved in 10 minutes

This store fixed an issue in less than 5 minutes that it took me three 30+ minute trips to other stores to fix. Fully recommend and would come again, even if there are locations closer to me.
