This place is terrible & needs to be shut down! I went there expecting to only spend $85; which is what they told me I would be spending btw, but then somehow my total becomes $118 & When I asked about getting a cheaper phone I was straight up told no, that I would lose my number if I did because she had already set the phone up. With no words to me about it! So I was forced to pay that 118 in order to not walk out of there with no phone & no number. I could go on & on but I don't have the energy to waste on this anymore. These people have no idea what it means to have customer service & as a customer, I've never been so shocked in my life. There's nothing I can do about it now but this needs to not happen to anyone else because it was completely & utterly unacceptable. I should've known though being that they were pouring drinks when I walked in smh
