I wouldn't even give this store a one star review. Absolute terrible service with only one worker for everybody being incredibly slow and acting half drunk disturbing! I don't recommend anybody even going near that store

There is probably fraudulent activity going on at this store. I was sold a phone and had it activated in store only to realize that the number was given out previously. I was told that eventually people would stop calling they did not. The employee tells the story of reselling phones only to recant the story later. Most of the staff at this and their sister store have disdain for the community they work in and should be fired immediately. I will be taking this up with the Better Business Bureau and in small claims because I have lost work and opportunities AND was told the number I was given and paying on is available for "Anyone except me"?!? What does that even mean?? I can prove every word of this post. I keep great records and have ALL my reciepts including the one from the employee who gave me a fake name. His information is on my invoice as is David's.

Honesty is always a customer best friend. After coming from one metro site for a opinion of a problem. The worker there try to trick me into buying a new cell with upgrades(first opinion). When I came over here and ask for opinion with the same problem. The worker not only show me the problem but explain to me in full detail of the situation(second opinion). For that, I wanted to give that female worker a 5 stars rating. This gonna be the new hotspot for me to pay for anything. It may take too long to get there but it gonna be worth it.

The sales rep was knowledgeable and new information that was different from what a store agent from another store knew. It has a deduction of 2 stars because their hours are all over the place. The first 2 times I tried to go there they were closed and Google Maps said they should be open. Once on a Sunday at 5:50ish PM and again that Monday at about 11:45 am

They deserve no stars worst place you would think after so many years of being in the neighborhood they would get some nice attitude girls. They are rude no respect and no manners. Years ago a girl delilah worked there amazing. The new one are ghetto and nasty attitude. Dont bother go to another metro they dnt have no business ethic and rip ppl off

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with an amazing attitude and They were so respectful. I went to trouble shoot my phone and they helped me out. Tiana was a great rep. I love her attitude and how she handles customers.

I would not recommend this store to anyone I know. The store looks clean and friendly, but the music is so loud that it psychologically stops you from walking into the store. You can hear it from a block away. On top of that the store is playing repetitive and vulgar music (ie. music about violence, promotion of non consensual sex, promoting racism and homophobia) that the store gives an impression of hostility when you walk past it.
