The absolute worst kind of customer service. In a nutshell, I was lied to, deceived and insulted by a sales person by the name of LU Richard's. Employee ID XUQ072. He not only insulted me, he insulted my wife and his own customer service rep, who I had listening on the phone. All this just to make a sale. Go figure.

These two guys are terrible.They put the store address as my home address.They added they're own password to my account and put an $11 device protection charge that I specifically told them I didn't want.Go to any other metro but this one.. These guys are shady
