Niko went above and beyond. He transformed everything from an old android to an iPhone 14, created an iCloud, transferred the line, put the tempered glass and case on for a fairly reasonable price. It took an hour - saved time and the hassle for me.

Niko was an amazing help at the Metro PCS on 16th off Kings Highway. I would highly recommend this store to everyone who needs help with their Metro PCS service or phones.

Main worker is a scammer that tries to get you to pay higher. They lie about phones being under 150, and try to bump up the price to 200. Offer 150, then add some things that require 10 more dollars in payment until it gets 200. Leeches and scam artists at this location. Also fake higher reviews are added to this location, so this is not a 4 star area.

Terrible! I went into this location because the MetroPCS customer service phone line made a mistake changing my phone service so I decided I’d go in person and ask to have it corrected. The man at the desk (who I assume is Niko based off the other reviews) refused to help me unless I paid $25 even though the mistake was made on their end. Eventually I agreed to pay the $25, and then he starts asking me to pay cash! When I tell him I’d rather pay with card (and point to the card reader they have) he tells me to go to the bank and get cash to pay him instead. I suspect he was going to pocket the cash himself but I can’t say for sure. In the end I ultimately left the store over his poor customer service and terrible interpersonal skills. I was truly disappointed because the MetroPCS customer service on the phone is always impeccable, but this man was the exact opposite.

Customer services from Niko and Willy was awesome, these 2 young men are the best. They should be able to teach others in this same area of Brooklyn how to becourteous to customers. Thumbs up to them
