I hesitated going in this store because of the reviews but I was blown away with the service. Jasmine took such good care of us that I hugged her before leaving. There was another young lady that was so nice and kept us laughing throughout our purchase. Go to this store you will not be disappointed! Love them! Hilda

This store has had a lot of different faces and I've avoided going in because of that. Recently I went in to fix an issue my mom was having with her phone and Jasmine was just the greatest help. Not only was she informative, but so kind and patient. I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else if she isn't there.

If I could give it zero stars, I would, very irresponsible. I bought the supposedly new iPhone 14 from them and they gave me a second-hand one, on the fourth day of having the phone they suspend my service supposedly for lack of payment, the phone overheats that I can't touch it and to top it off they don't refund my money or They give me a new phone, the irresponsibility of these people is horrible. And every time I call or pass by I have to explain everything from scratch. When I complain to Metro, they tell me that I have to settle directly with the store. 1,037 dollars that no one answers me for it.Only promises that are never kept. Three weeks waiting and no one shows their face to resolve

I bought the 5g internet box they charged me 120 and supposedly if you are not satisfied they returned your money but they only call customer service and between them they solve the problem they never solve anything and they never gave me my refund nor the manager appeared what bad service I don't know if in all the Metro stores Metro pcs are like that or it depends on the owner I do not recommend the
