I can’t say overall, but I visited this store once and representatives helped me to solve my problem. By comparison, I called customer support (611) several times, but they couldn’t help me :).

I went last week and I actually got a quote (fees, taxes) included.I went again and they wanted to charge me an extra $134 for things that made absolutely no sense. Stay away from this place and go to the Metro on Park slope. They gave me a way cheaper price even than the quote I was promised at the sunset location. Stay away from all sunset metro pcs as I feel like it's maybe ran by the same people? who knows.

This business overcharges internet service SIM card it's twenty bucks.$40 is for transferring your files . And you also pay for your monthly services. Your upgrades are very expensive.

I went to this store in March.l had a new phone of my own,l just wanted to connect it to service,they charged me 160.00 l almost fainted,it was my phone,the plan was 50.00 so they robbed me,and l ask for a charger they charged me 40 dollars for the piece of junk l could by four on amazon for that price.They did not give me a pin number or security name to payoverphone,so l go back to tomorrow,l want someone to give me a refund.l was robbed.l feel so stupid for letting them.

That place is RUDE to the max, they do NOT know how to talk to customers, they make you wait LONG & they are SLOW, Not the best place to go, they need to change the worker s females flirting, it's a phone place not a dating site & that one dude, lord have mercy on him needs to learn how to talk to customers

Worst experience ever! Don’t come here they will scam you . Just to switch my phone number to another I was charged $69 when in other metro stores they charge $25. She only accepted cash to switch the number which should’ve meant something. Extremely disappointed never coming back. I also purchased a phone case and screen protector for $54 which is overpriced as well! Should’ve gone to 5 below instead !!!
