Sadly after my mother passed I was left with a lot of her stuff, it took me a while to move on but I didn't have the heart to throw he items away, I went looking to put her items into storage and I'm so happy and grateful I got to run into Justine, she was so helpful and knowledgeable she was able to answer all my questions because I had some delicate items and she put my mind at ease to the point I was comfortable with leaving my mother's items, I don't know who will see this but If anyone can take my advice wether its people looking for a safe storage space, management or even Justine herself I 100% I would give her and the company way more than 5 stars if I could

Went into Extra Space Storage on Knapp St. In Brooklyn and Justine and Carlos were working. They were extremely helpful and pleasant which is always a plus. They were able to assist me in getting a unit that was accessible and for a good price.

Have dealt with a ton of Extra Space Storage Facilities over the years across the Mid-Atlantic region but Justine and Carlos have by far one of the best run and cleanest facility that I have encounter. The transition from another company has been flawless in my opinion. If you have storage needs in Sheepshead Bay Brooklyn, this is your place with out question.
