I give it a 5 star , this guy is helpful if he can help you with a problem concerning your phone or other issues. Unlike the Metro by T-Mobile store on 1st Avenue on 14th Street , that guy that work there know nothing and his attitude stinks ?

Ive been with this company for years. And I can say sometimes I had problems they would always resolve them. Other phone companies charge more then what they say but Metro is very good company to go for.

Best service that I ever have. The guy working there helped me choose a good phone, spoke clearly about all the nuances of connection, and advised which was better and cheaper. and also, after a month and a half, when the charging unit began to act up, I replaced it with a new one free of charge and without any questions asked. In general, I was left with positive emotions after visiting this store that I even decided to write a review. In short, I recommend!!!)))

Great staff!! Had such a pleasant and quick experience that I had to review, as most trips to wireless provider stores can be tedious. The manager Randy & Jessica provided good and informative service.
