They are a sweet and kind family running a business, however super disorganized. They put their receipts all mixed in a plastic bad. I Used to put my clothes there for dry cleaning, but ever since I put a brand new shirt that costed $400 and they mistakenly gave it to another customer (which obviously never returned it), I could never trust them again. They refunded $250, which is better than nothing I suppose, but doesn’t pay for the mistake.

Amazing! They worked extra hard to get stubborn stains out of a traditional Ethiopian shirt just in time for my wedding. Run by the nicest family!

I have gone to this place a few times as it seemed like a sweet little family owned place. Majority of the time I had to ask them to repeat cleaning as it was usually a grossly inadequate job. But they cleaned again without issue so I kept providing them with business.
However they are horrible and do not know how to treat all types of fabric. Final straw was when I asked them to repair a very expensive half leather coat stitching where thread came loose. They washed it without permission and ruined the entire leather aspect of the coat. Worst of all claimed it was given like that and “the coloring” came off.
Gah definitely DO NOT give them any leather items or expensive coats because they don’t know how to treat such fabric.

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ITEMS WHEN YOU PICK THEM UP.
This is the accumulated THIRD time they have messed up cleaning / mending my things, and delay my pickup schedule.
In this third instance: I specifically called them in advance to ask if they clean fabric backpacks, and they said yes. And THIS (see first image) is their result: the interior laptop pouch is completely warped and deformed.
I point it out to the owner, and she tries to convince me that it’s okay and my laptop will still fit by stretching it (granted there is also a bit of a language barrier so I may not be fully understanding what she is trying to tell me). I repeatedly tell her this is not what it looked like and this is NOT okay, in addition to the interior of the front pocket still NOT cleaned as I had specifically requested during drop off.
Now. She is supposedly going to take another 2 days to clean the pocket and somehow fix the warping.. but I am NOT coming back here again. I’ve wasted too many trips only to point out their mistakes and leave without my items.
DO BETTER. And don’t charge me the full service when it’s not done to my satisfaction!!!

Everyone here is so kind! I dropped a dress off that needed a zipper replaced and it was fixed perfectly and even better than the original. Also, love the shop cat :)
