I bought a gallon of the mercury 100% Acrylic house paint and when I got home and poured the paint out into the tray it came out all chunky and it was releasing a rather putrid aroma into the air, it almost made me vomit. I called the store to see if I could get another gallon of paint because I had a received a bad can and the associate on the phone said "sorry but we dont do hand outs here" and hung up on me. Never shopping here again, worst way to treat a customer.

Went in there to buy some paint for the aluminum siding on my house, only needed a gallon it was a small area but it was bare aluminum. I bought a gallon of paint and the employee there gave me a primer that he said I must use along with the paint. So I prepared and primed the surface exactly how the store associate said to. But its been 3 days now and the paint is peeling off. Ive always heard that ppg products werent that great but I didnt expect them to be this bad. I ended up popping into a sherwin williams store and they sold me a gallon of dtm which worked beautifully.

This place is terrible, apart from the fact that it looks like a dump thr staff there is really rude too. My coworker and I went in there to but a couple gallons of paint and they were all the wrong color. When I asked to speak to the manager they told me to get lost or they'd call the cops on me, all I had asked for was to speak to the manager about the mix up. Never shopping there again. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Staff is knowledgeable and nice. They have good quality paint at reasonable prices, but not great prices. I have nothing too severe to complain about and suspect that others who do, aren't the most skilled at applying paint.

Very slow to get things done here and more expensive than most places, I've been coming here for 30 years and it's gone downhill a lot it was great until as recently as 5 years ago.
