My father, who does not speak English, and I were inquiring about a vehicle, and I was translating our conversation with the manager. Manager Mike insisted that I translate parts of the conversation that I deemed unnecessary. When I explained that those parts were not relevant, he rudely questioned my decision and demanded that I translate them anyway. I felt disrespected and belittled by his attitude, as if I were merely a translator at his disposal rather than a customer. Furthermore, during our discussion about pricing, Manager Mike made a flippant remark suggesting that if I wanted something cheaper, I should buy a Jetta. This comment was not only unprofessional but also insulting, implying that my preference for a fair price was somehow unreasonable. I really should left at the first time when I feel uncomfortable with them. It is clear to me that Manager Mike lacks the basic understanding of customer service and respect for customers. His behavior was unacceptable, and I believe he should be held accountable for his actions

It was my first time servicing in Brooklyn location. I was surprised to see good response from service department. Special thanks to Hager in loaner department who helped me out quickly to get me a beautiful and neat lonaer. She was very professional and went out of the way to assist with my request! Great customer service !Thanks Hager happy to do buisness with you !

I can say that my experience with Mercedes service Brooklyn has been excellent. The staff was efficient in handling my request and provided a welcoming atmosphere. Specially Hager was amazing helpful and professional. They completed the service quickly without compromising quality, and their friendly demeanor made the experience pleasant. Overall, I would highly recommend Mercedes service for anyone seeking prompt and courteous automotive maintenance.

We started going to this location about 2 years ago. Everything has been quite smooth since then but I recently had lots of issues with my car and I have to say that Karen Hubschmitt and Lauren Giordano are the absolute gems of this place. They are both so professionnal and very helpful every single time. Karen always checks in and follows up with detailed updates. Lauren has helped me tremendously after an accident. Honestly they are both the reason why we bought our new car at this location.
