Horrible experience so far. I moved from the US to Poland and sent my packages with My Meets from Seattle to Kraków, Poland. I was told it would take up to 4 weeks, but no. Almost 7 weeks later, I have no updates, only that my parcel left the US, and they don't even know where it is. I would have sold my stuff in the US or taken it with me, paying extra for the plane, but 7 weeks after sending it BY PLANE, not by bus, it's still not even in Ukraine. They tried to tell me that trucks were stuck on the border, but that's not true; the border has been open for the last 3 weeks without issues on the Ukrainian side, and there is no way to find out what happened. I don't even want to think about the parcels I'm waiting for, which were sent by ship. I hope they will be delivered in 2024 at least (Today is 2023). I would not recommend using this service if you have valuable items. Just pay a little extra and use DHL or FedEx instead; at least they have a culture of customer service. This review will be here until my parcel is delivered to me as promised.

I recently sent a package for my new friend in Kyiv , Ukraine . I wanted to make her smile because she’s been through a lot nowadays! This career sent my package in a great condition, it was so fast ( they told me 3 weeks but it arrived in almost 2) ! Amazing. I've dealt with this location for many years. Simply the best, friendliest, most helpful people you will meet! No ridiculous "packing fees" (like some other offices that charge for packing tape), honest information and advise. Easy three-language communications.
