“I saw this urgent care walking on Flatbush on day and today was the day I checked myself in due to a splinter in my foot. The receptionist was warm and explained the kiosk system I waited no more than 5 minutes before I was taken to the back and triaged. The assistant in the back was warm and understanding to my discomfort. The Md came in and went to work. It was a great experience would recommend”
“Am happy i visited this urgent care. The lady at the front desk was super super super helpful. I was very weak and tired she get up her sit and come out to help me with signing in. When I saw her on wheel-bike I was surprised. She don’t even think of the stress, she came out to help me. His bless her for me. Am sorry I don’t know her name.
Then they physician Abodulaye was also a good man. The nurse who did my vitals too was am amazing soul.

Mr. Ashok was a true master, my veins hide so much, last time I went to NYU Langone it took them 5 people to draw my blood - not here, Mr. ashok did it quick, kindly, and he even made me laught! “I'd really love to thank Narda, the phlebotomist at this lab, for such an incredible lab experience. I'm extremely phobic of blood and was very fearful of getting lab work done. Narda put all my anxiety at ease and was a true cheerleader during the appointment. She was extremely fast and so kind and empathetic to my phobia. I felt very seen and heard. I also noticed her high level of care for a pregnant woman in the waiting room feeling ill from a glucose test. Truly an angel phlebotomist! I will be coming here to see her from now on. But as soon as we walk in we were greeted by your staff the Phlebotomis a Wonderful, Respectful , Young Man by the name of James Jean- Baptiste. Who treated us with Respect and Comfort. Took all our information and care about every need of our Questions. He tended to all of my senior citizen brother to make him comfortable. Making sure the arm band wasn't Too tight. “I recently visited this radiology center for my annual breast ultrasound, and I had a wonderful experience. Maya, the technician who performed my ultrasound, was incredibly gentle, caring, and reassuring.
She explained everything clearly, helping to make an uncomfortable procedure as relaxing as possible. The lead doctor at the center was also fantastic-compassionate and professional, making me feel fully supported throughout the appointment. I left feeling grateful for their warm, thoughtful approach to women's health, especially during such an important annual check-up.

The laboratory assistant was very attentive, distracted my son, was very pleasant and tried to help with all her might. I tried to call for some information on requesting a blood test. The phone system was just a bunch of recordings with no useful information. It would sit there and spit unrelated information at you then hang up on you.
I'll update if I can actually get through to someone about getting some bloods done.
EDIT: I used the online chat bot and they were really helpful. Bought the tests that I needed without any insurance and they were very open and honest about their fees. There weren't any hidden or unexpected fees. Booked my tests online, scheduled an appointment and then showed up the next morning. I was in and out in about 10minutes and my results came that afternoon. Super helpful results pages and they have different versions you can download, with or without graphs.
I would definitely recommend, especially if you don't have a doctors referral or insurance.”

“I haven't had the best experience with other Quest Diagnostics but at Wyckoff Melissa made the process so smooth. She's helped me so much every time I go there, especially when my Doctor ordered like 50 different blood test for my son. she's so patient and professional. Even when she needs clarification on a specific test requested she would get the information and call you right back on her cellphone. She also speaks English & Spanish so she's able to communicate with most patients. Thank God for compassionate people like Melissa!!!”

“The two ladies that work here are absolute angels - so kind, caring and experienced.
I feel so sorry for all the abuse they receive from frustrated patients - YES there is a long wait (and expect 45-60mins even with an appointment - bring a book) because QUEST over schedule the appointments. They need more staff or need to sort their system out.
It’s not the fault of the phlebotomists - please be kind to them, they are doing their job - they have to do all the admin side too which takes time.
Also don’t forget to bring a physical card to pay (no Apple Pay!)”
