They did flower arrangements for my confessions, prom, graduation, and short notice occasions. Never failed to disappoint. Yes there are cheaper options but this place is run by honest people who do good work on short notice. Really appreciate them.

mcATEER FLORIST should get 10 stars not five the arrangement that I ordered was for a grand reopening. It was absolutely the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen and the people who received it were ecstatic about the beautiful arrangement. Trust me. I will make sure that I order the flowers that I need or any of it arrangement will be from them. Can’t go wrong with ordering from them and everyone that you speak to on the phone is extremely helpful.

I had ordered several arrangements from McAteer years ago due to their selection, price, and the owner's helpfulness. I needed an arrangement for a recent funeral and was very pleased with the finished product. The arrangement was placed at a prominent spot due to its beauty and there were many compliments.Thank you McAteer from Vito R.

Thank you to McAteer Florist, my neighborhood (Bay Ridge) florist for putting together a truly beautiful sympathy arrangement. The pressure was on for me to order something for my cousin in Sicily who had an uncle here in the U.S. pass away. She asked me to have something sent to the funeral home from her and her family. I did it online and was hoping that what is shown in the picture is exactly what was sent. My cousin received a picture from the granddaughter of her uncle and I was so happy to see that it was exactly what was shown online. It was so pretty, colorful and tastefully done for a wake. This will always be my go to for ordering flowers, no matter what the occasion.

Lazarus set up our arch and various flowers for our wedding. He offered us transparent pricing, such as why certain flowers will be priced during certain times, availability, and whatnot. Surprisingly, other florists didn’t communicate this and ended up over-promising. He went through different approaches on how we wanted to setup the arch based on what we could afford. He offered great customer service by keeping us updated on his woodworking, giving us videos or pictures.
He cooperated nicely with our other wedding vendors during the wedding day, was timely setting up and finishing out once the event was done. No complaints from us or the other vendors there.
I would recommend him for your future events.

I called and spoke with Carlos to order a few arrangements for my husband’s birthday celebration at a nearby restaurant. Let me start by saying that I am pretty particular in general. Carlos sent me pictures of the flowers without me asking so that I could get a better visual of what they would look like. Never has any florist gone out of the way like this. The arrangements were absolutely stunning and beyond my expectations! Several guests admired them and asked what florist made them. I highly recommend McAteer Florist.

The team was most helpful and accommodating. Managed to spin up a bouquet within a few minutes. 5 stars.Good advice also. As the ceremony is in a few hours, the gentleman informed me to put them in the fridge to preserve them, not necessarily in water, which makes sense

Called frazzled & ordered an arrangement for my Stepfather’s memorial service. Requested red, white, & blue flowers because my Stepfather is a Military Veteran who fought in the Vietnam war. I was upset for my Mom & siblings. I could barely speak or think straight. This wasn’t a problem because Lazarus was patient, kind, & accommodating. He helped me with the entire process, calmed me down, & advised exactly what should be sent to honor my family. A beautiful, perfect, & lovely arrangement was delivered earlier than expected with a handwritten note that he also helped me compose. They went above & beyond during a difficult time. Kindness is rare nowadays & sincerely appreciated. This florist will be my first call the next time I need to send flowers in Brooklyn again. ??❤️?❤️ ?

Very nice florist. He's accommodating and delivers fast service. Easy to work with with great communication. I was able to have flowers delivered with a message in Chinese to my grandmother a few blocks away who doesn't speak English. I liked the online ordering system they have too
