“It’s hard to believe that the level of service provided in this store still exists. After ordering microwave online I got text message in about 20 minutes that my order is ready. When I came to the store, very polite and highly professional sales person prepared paperwork within one minute. And next two minutes the microwave was loaded in my car. The whole thing was almost too fast. You make your competitors look terrible.”

Didn’t feel pressured to buy right then and there which I appreciated since I hate when people push to hard just to get a sale locked in. Got a chance to try different options but the Casper Dream was my top choice. I needed it to come earlier and Nadine and Christine worked to get it delivered within my timeline.
