I went to the PC Richard at 590 Atlantic Ave, Brooklyn, NY. Lookng for a refrigerator and range. Don Davis was my sale person. He was helpful and knowledgeable.

I purchased a TV from PC Richards and have been dealing with their customer service representatives for the past two years in an attempt to get it repaired under warranty. Unfortunately, the representatives have consistently given me vague answers and dragged out the process, causing the warranty to expire before the TV could be fixed. The specific issue with the TV is a cracked OLED screen, and I have been unable to find a place that can replace it. As a result, my LG - 65" Class C3 Series OLED 4K UHD Smart TV has remained broken for nearly two years, and PC RICHARDS has refused to address the situation.

Terrible service department. Repeated cancellations of service calls with short notice or simply failure to show up for scheduled appointments. While they did once show up and "fix" my appliance, it was not repaired and we continue to not have them show up. Just miserably poor.....

DO NOT SPEND ONE CENT ON AN EXTENDED SERVICE AGREEMENT. THEIR IN HOUSE REPAIR SERVICE COMPANIES ARE HORRENDOUS.I am compelled to write this review because of the thoughtless, condescending, lip service 'support' service I received when my year old refrigerator began leaking. It took over a month to schedule three separate service calls and countless hours on the phone with everyone at every level of the company. I was passed around from store management, service departments, claims and the corporate office before I finally learned that the broken parts are out of stock and that my fridge will be replaced on top of the now warped and damaged wood floors from the sustained leaking that PC Richard took no responsibility for, despite the ridiculous length of time of took to schedule service. Buyer beware!

I was in need of a new laptop so I went to PC Richard and Son and I opened myself up a P.C. Richard and Son credit card, got approved and finalized my purchase! Kelly Fields helped me out and was very courteous and professional. I had a quick and easy experience with the PC Richard and son team and walked out with my brand new iPad Pro! I'd totally recommend anyone to shop over at P.C. Richard and son, their customer service is so on point and the sales floor actually know their product! Oh and of course you could never go wrong with their service contracts! So convenient!! Thanks guys!
