I bought expensive firm mattress from the Mattress firm store, but I am not sure if such unsanitary delivery assists the Mattress firm store in any way? "It did assist Me" for hassle, stress and money loss! That's all.
I was charged for redeliveries of unsanitary mattresses. Make sure you don't get charged for canceling and refund for such unsanitary delivery. The pillow came with open plastic on both sides. Non-returnable.

Amazing Experience at Mattress Firm. We went two days in a row and Anand was hands down amazing! He was super informative, helpful, honest and spent as much as time as we needed with us. Next day we came back and purchased three mattresses, Anand spent another two hours helping with us making sure we got what we wanted. Entire staff were amazing as well. Highly recommend visiting Mattress Firm across from kings plaza!

I needed a new mattress and kept looking online at different places. I went to Mattress Firm because I had purchased from them before and liked that they had a good selection of mattresses to choose from. I worked with Kenneth and spent quite a bit of time in the store testing mattresses. I narrowed it down to two choices. Kenneth is personable and didn't pressure me to make a decision that same day. I went back the next day and tried both mattresses again. I reached out to Kenneth after and told him which mattress I wanted. Kenneth made it a smooth transaction and I am very happy.
Definitely recommend Mattress Firm and
Kenneth in particular.

We had the pleasure of meeting Cindy, who helped us find the perfect mattress. She was knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and so so friendly - my toddler loved her too! Buying a mattress can be stressful, but not when you find wonderful people like Cindy.
