I received phenomenal service. Robyn was amazing. She's so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly (rare find in East Flatbush). I was able to quickly pick out a mattress, box spring and encasement within minutes. I highly recommend this establishment.

Robyn was absolutely amazing. In the past I have had such a traumatic experience with mattress firm. I had literally swan to never go back to them ever again. However, that shortly changed after meeting with Robyn. I trust her completely, and I knew that she had my best interest at heart. My husband and I had a great experience at this Mattress Firm location with Natasha. She allowed us to take our time in picking a mattress and pillows.
