Amazing customer service , I would’ve probably walked out if it was someone else. I came in just looking and left with the bed I know it’s going to make me happy . Marvin was super patient with my indecisiveness , kind and funny, very informant was able to recommend exactly what I needed. Was very helpful.

From the minute I walked in to moment I walked out.. 3 hrs hours later. I was received and treated with professionalism and patience. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and assured me that for every mattress I try, I would achieve its fullest maximum benefit. She was also very clear on explaining the warranty, and customer satisfaction is guaranteed. I am so excited about this investment as it was solely based on my health. Thank you. ❤️ Red Hook Rita and this was shopping for the mattress. The initial delivery of the mattress was excellent. Now, I had to change the mattress cause it was not good for my back fir the kind of sleeper I am. The Stern's and Foster mattress(pillow top) gave me more back issues in the 2 weeks I slept on it. Had to exchange it for a Sealy, which I love, but the ordeal I was put through for it was exhausting and pure mental anguish. I suffered anxiety and stress.

My husband and I came in on Saturday to look at a new mattress. I thought we knew what we wanted but after laying on the beds totally changed our minds, ended up with the Purple restore cooling mattress- can’t wait for it to arrive! Ken was very helpful and knowledgeable and he gave us a fair price and we were able to get purple pillows too! Thank you!
