My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our mattress and pillows from the Bensonhurst Mattress Firm. Our Sleep Expert was Baoyue (Bonnie), and she was definitely an expert on the product. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and very sweet. She was not pushy at all, which we loved. We can’t wait for our mattress to arrive. Thanks for the great service Bonnie!!!

Natasha was great, really helped us out today and explained more about the beds we were looking at and the long term use of it. She was marvelous and made sure we were comfortable and thought about our options. Fantastic service from her would recommend her to anyone.
