I went here on a whim during the recent Labor Day Sale and met Natasha who was amazing with all her bed knowledge and helped me purchase my first Tempur-Pedic bed with an adjustable frame. I definitely recommend this location and the Bensonhurst location just because she also works there sometimes! 5 stars just because of her!! The delivery team was great too! I only slept in the bed for the first time last night and it was a bit rough but I guess I have to get use to it! Also, I’m hoping the adjustable frame with AI does not continue to act up again as it folded me up last night and the remote control locked up and started ticking. Fingers crossed for tonight!

Natasha from the Bensonhurst & Bay Ridge branch is fantastic. I went into the Bay Ridge facility with my friend a few days ago in search of a simple bed frame. She was patient and gracious in explaining the benefits of each even though she spent a chunk of her time with us. My friend made a purchase with her that day. Although I did not make a purchase that day, Natasha had me sold. I felt choosing Mattress Firm, I would be taken care of well in the future. My purchase yesterday went through flawlessly, Natasha and Chad (very funny and bubbly) were a great help for my additional inquiries. She really listens to the customer and their needs and stayed past closing to finish helping me. You don’t feel pressured in your purchase, just very well informed. Such a kind courteous team there. Thank you guys! 1000% recommend.
