Bought a queen spring mattress for 550$ which might be cheap for mattress firm but definitely not cheap for me.
It started sinking at the middle after less than 2 months and it feels like it's devided in two.
Now I need to throw it away and buy a new one and it definitely won't be from this company again.
Huge disappointment.

Mr. B is an extraordinary sleep expert he is knowledgeable of the mattresses that are in the store & he takes is time to explain how the features work on any of the mattresses that are in the store.

I always shop at Mattress Firm at the Atlantic Center Mall for me and my family. And i must say the customer service that the sales associate Boache (Boakye) gives is amazing. He explains really well the comfort of the mattresses, adjustable bed frames and the pillows. I highly recommend this store also the sales associate.

As we entered the store 3 men were seated and noone stood to greet us as we walked to them and I said something about not being welcomed. We were then assisted by your represetative Ken. Ken was amazing and comfortable to work with, he was knowledgeable a took the time answer all of our questions. Customer service greetings needs improvement.

10 out of 10 customer service at the Mattress Firm at Atlantic Center in Brooklyn. Andy helped us out and he was super friendly and knowledgeable about the mattresses and our needs. He took his time with us, which is something I greatly appreciated. Ask for him when you go there!
