my son swimming in this pool 3-4 times and we havae problem vith foot fungus..people dont wash before go to seimming poll..thay go in toilette and sreight go to pool..i tell about it staff but zero reaction.

I had high hopes for this gym, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I was charged an outrageous $500 for a service that turned out to be completely worthless. The staff acted with such attitude, it was as if they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging my presence. I initially thought I was joining as a happy, valued customer, but it turns out they just want to take your money and give you nothing in return.
I'm extremely disappointed and feel utterly let down. Rest assured, I'll be spreading the word to all my friends to steer clear of this place. Save your money and sanity--avoid this gym at all costs! Certainly! Here's another draft for your review:
On top of that, I had to move for personal reasons and informed them in advance to put my membership on hold. Despite this, I was still charged, as if my notice meant nothing. The managers seemed to think they were doing me a favor just by discussing the issue.
I'm incredibly disappointed and feel completely let down by this experience.

I’m 40 years old and didn’t know how to swim at all! I signed up for swimming lessons with Vlad Arutyunov, and I’m proud to say that I learned in the first 20 minutes of my very first lesson. Vlad is an excellent instructor he made me feel comfortable is very patient and kind. I highly recommend him!

I really wanted to know about swimming lessons and the pool. No clear information on the website!
When I called I was told right away that Swim department has a different number and I should call them. I called there, left a voicemail. As there was no response for some time I called again the lady on the phone said she doesn’t have any information at the moment and once found she ll text it to my phone. In a few I received a weird text which didn’t answer any of my questions.
After another failed attempt to get someone on the phone I called the main number again. Over there I was informed again that swimming pool is another department and no one actually can help me now.
Wow! Seriously? How are going to sell anything if incompetent and absolutely no clue about customer service are representing you to the public?! ))))
